As life continued, one day changes at work resulted in Yaha being triggered. She had no idea what was happening but this resulted in her stepping back and reviewing her whole life, all of her lived experiences and relationships. 

As we move through life things happen that often don't make sense, but the reality remains, the only control we have is of our own selves, our emotions and our paths. Glitches alway happen, but it's how you deal with them that really matters. 

Yaha began her journey and was fortunate enough to get the support she needed and is now determined to help others by share her learning. 

In this episode Yaha shares her story including details about her upbringing and her past, where she is at now and where she sees her future.
