I had a very bad relationship with grief because I didn't own up to it - Simi K

I had a very bad relationship with grief because I didn't own up to it - Simi K

Making big decisions in life is brave and empowering, but what happens when an exciting new chapter results in you being left feeling totally powerless?

In this episode I am joined by Simi K, who shares her journey about life events that changed her perspective on life and death, and how she reached her moment of realisation - that moment when she realised that she had not accepted her grief after the tragic loss of her baby.

Simi tells her truth in a story that is filled with many of life's curve balls. The ups and downs of parenting, dealing with health issues, societal pressures, relationships, grief and loss; and ultimately finding space to allow herself to be heard, loved and accepted by herself.

Join us as we look closely at and hear some of the tips, tools and tactics that Simi used through her journey.

"When I embraced my sadness, it helped me come to the place that I am at today," Simi K.
