"The connotation of the word strong has become about how much you have been able to take on." - Prachi S V

In this episode I am joined by a pioneering and forward thinking Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, in the form of Prachi S Vaish.

Prachi is a self confessed curious soul who applies her intuitive abilities to her work which covers a range of areas including intimacy, relationships, emotional well-being and trauma.

This episode is a little exploration into a world where human psychological science meets spirituality. Prachi shares how her personal discoveries have propelled her professional career and she explores her first encounter with existential questions through a patient encounter.

She believes that resilience is a cornerstone of strength and discusses her view on teaching and understanding boundaries, cognitive dissonance and toxic positivity in parenting. I throw in a few of my opinions.  As the conversation flows, you can hear the sounds of India too.
